FAQS

When setting up a free consultation or filling out a contact form, you are reaching out directly to me!

  • The great thing about grad school, I realized, is that you can cater your curriculum and experience to your interests and specialties!

Throughout my academic research, I focused on studying and applying theoretical concepts to LGBTQIA+ identities, comprehensive sexual health educational reform, sex therapy interventions and tools, and the intersections between mental health and human sexuality.

  • I employ a variety of treatment approaches in order to best serve each client’s individual needs. I love when clients provide feedback about methods and what works and what doesn’t!

I utilize a mix of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, attachment-oriented therapy, psychoeducation, somatic healing, and mindfulness-based Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approaches. I encourage clients to journal if they need more processing and integrating time outside of session, and I’m happy to provide homework or additional resources after session.

  • Nope! I also work with straight-identifying folks and allies as well. All are welcome here.
