I employ a variety of treatment approaches in order to best serve each client’s individual needs. I love when clients provide feedback about methods and what works and what doesn’t!
I utilize a mix of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, attachment-oriented therapy, psychoeducation, somatic healing, and mindfulness-based Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approaches. I encourage clients to journal if they need more processing and integrating time outside of session, and I’m happy to provide homework or additional resources after session.
